Three Pillars. Most Men Only Fix One. Triple Reset Addresses All Three.
Hunger
Most guys try to white-knuckle hunger with willpower alone, and it doesn't work. GLP-1s like tirzepatide shut off the food noise so you can actually stick to a plan. The GLP-1 Cheat Sheet walks you through dosing, timing, and side effects so you use it right.
Hormones
By 40, most men are running on testosterone levels that make them tired, foggy, and soft. The T-Level Quick Guide shows you how to get real labs done and read them correctly. Once your levels sit in a normal range, everything else gets easier.
Habits
GLP-1s and TRT only work if you keep the muscle you have, and that means weightlifting. The Simple Lifting Plan breaks down easy resistance training habits built for busy guys over 40. Skip it and you'll lose weight, but you'll lose muscle too.
Lane was the person who got me motivated to take my health more seriously. Watching his journey inspired me so much that I began my own. He's been an incredible resource and always just a text away if I had a question or needed some help. I'm down 36 lbs and at age 45, am the best version of myself.
Justin Welsh
Just wanted to give you an update on how the Triple Reset changed my life.
I started at 299 pounds with a fasting blood sugar of 438, an A1C of 13.9, total testosterone of 119, total cholesterol of 225, and triglycerides over 100. I was diabetic and on multiple medications.
Today I’m 218 pounds, the lightest I’ve been since I was 21 years old. My fasting glucose is 90, my A1C is 5.4 (no longer diabetic), my total cholesterol is 162, my triglycerides are 79, and my total testosterone is 840. I’m off every prescription medication I was taking. The only things I use now are TRT, retatrutide, and supplements that I’ve chosen.
I figured I’d share this with you since you’re helping so many people. Some of them probably have numbers that are just as bad as mine were. Change can happen. It takes time, consistency, and dedication, but it’s absolutely possible.
